Welcome Reception
This is a unique opportunity to spotlight your company at the ultimate social event to kick off WATEC 2019!
The welcome reception offers a great platform for all conference attendees to mingle and enjoy the featured entertainment.
The welcome reception will take place in a relaxed atmosphere on the first day of the event, so that WATEC Israel 2019 participants have the opportunity to catch up with colleagues, pursue new business relationships, and network with participants.
The welcome reception invitation, bearing the sponsor’s logo, will be distributed to all WATEC Israel 2019 participants and registered accompanying persons. The sponsor will have an opportunity to use branding items for designing the reception area.

Sponsorship includes
- Networking Club designed by the sponsor and confirmed by the organizers
- Networking Club to display sponsor’s logo
- Networking website to bear sponsor’s logo on top of the page
- All emails sent from the networking system to bear company’s logo
- Light refreshments to be served during meeting hours
- Upon arrival, participants will receive company’s special invitation designed by organizers
- Company’s logo to be prominently displayed on the Networking Club screen

Conference Bags
The sponsor’s logo will appear on the conference bags distributed at the entrance of the event to all conference attendees during registration and carried throughout the conference. About 1,000 participants are expected.
Sponsorship includes
- Company logo to be printed on conference participant bags (2000 units)
- Sponsor’s company brochure to be inserted in the bags (contents requires Conference Committee approval)
- Three (3) complimentary registrations for the WATEC ISRAEL 2019 Conference
Speakers’ Gala Dinner
This is an opportunity for the sponsor to be associated with the prestigious dinner for the international scientific and local conference speakers (the location of the Gala dinner will be decided by the organizers).
Sponsorship includes
- Greeting spot at the reception
- Company logo to appear on the special exhibition invitations
- Company logo to appear on the event hall signposts
- Company logo to be projected on the gala dinner screen during the event
- Company advertising material to be included in the conference bags (up to size A4)

Participant Lanyards
The sponsor will receive:
- Sponsoring company to be the sole sponsor of the lanyards distributed to all conference attendees upon their arrival

Advertising Banner on WATEC Website
The sponsor will have an opportunity to post advertising banners on WATEC ISRAEL 2019 website pages. Technical instructions will be provided upon request.
A few tips when considering your advertising goals:
- To spread the word about your presence at the WATEC ISRAEL 2019, you may want to include the conference name and booth number, in addition to your company name, logo, and/or product line.
- If your goal is to draw people to your website, don’t spill all the beans in the ad; attract viewers with just enough intriguing information to make them curious enough to click on the ad and visit your website to obtain additional information.
